This is the easiest item quest. You should do it around the time you fight the Troglos.
Monestary of Madness
Leartn the location from Foxfire, who wonders around (But not in) Lorelei. This dungeon is on the chain of islands starting with Gebra. It's pretty simple. Just take a stairway to the North and circle around to the library. Just make sure you take the stairway you took up. The only real challenge is the pillars that fireball you. use the combat mode to get past.
